Objectives

  • To create and implement policies and procedures to prevent and address workplace harassment and discrimination.
  • To provide training and education to employees on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • To establish a reporting system for employees to safely and confidentially report incidents of harassment or discrimination.
  • To conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the workplace environment to identify areas for improvement in promoting a respectful and inclusive culture.
  • To collaborate with human resources and management to ensure that appropriate disciplinary actions are taken in response to reported incidents of harassment or discrimination.
  • To promote a culture of respect, fairness, and equality within the organization through awareness campaigns and events.
