Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

M.A.(History) from Bangalore University, LL.B. from Kuvempu University, MBL from National Law School of India University and Ph.D. in law from National Law School of India University. He joined Indian Police Service and served in different capacities till 2009. He had teaching experience of more than 14 years and has served as Consultant to the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.
