Dear Students, Kindly fill the form to enable the office staff to fill examination form for back papers for the October 2021 KSLU examinations. Kindly select the proper subjects and submit the form before 1st October 2021.
On receipt of your consent and subject details the applicable fees shall be informed to you and same shall be paid within the prescribed date, then your form shall be forwarded to the University.
