Lending Service

Lending service is available to faculty, students, administrative, researcher and other staff members of the KLE Technological University community.

Book Bank

Books are issued to the University students for the entire duration of a semester at a time. Preference has given to SC & ST students and Low-income groups, and a maximum of four books are given to each student, depending upon availability

Proactive Information Services

Library provides specific information services such as alert on upcoming conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Training Programmes in specific areas. Current Awareness Services, Selective Dissemination of Information, Etc., to the academic community.

SMS and Email Alert Service

An SMS and Email alert service provides the user community with their library transactions status and reminders for overdue.

Reprographic Service

Photocopy of books with limited pages provided in the central library with minimal fees subject to copyright issues.

Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC)

Central Library has a computerized catalogue search facility available to users through the intranet. One can search a book by author, title or subject. In case of any difficulty, library personnel will assist.

Books Reservation Service

The Central Library has provided book reservation facilities for their user community; they can reserve their required books one day in advance, Through the library portal or their contineo account.

Document Delivery Service

Document Delivery Service provided to the user community of KLE Technological University. The copies which non-returnable, i.e., book chapters, images, unique drawings or journal articles, through mail or by hand.
