7th Sem Students – Technical visit to UltraTech RMC Plant

In order to generate understanding of Construction industry management, our Seventh-semester students visited the UltraTech RMC Plant on October 28, 2024, as part of their Construction Management workshop course (24ECVP401). This visit made our students gain practical knowledge about appropriate usage of efficient material storage and handling, optimized plant design for productivity, safety considerations, effective resource allocation, quality control and assurance, and the importance of planning and organization.
