World Blood Donor's Day
World Blood Donor's Day is marked with a successful blood donation camp at KLE Technological University, BVBCET campus today on 14/06/2023
In collaboration with Indian Medical Association - Women Doctors Wing, Hubballi Branch, and Karnataka Institute Medical Science (KIMS), the event was inaugurated by Dr Puroshattam Reddy, Dr Prakash G Tewari, and Dr Shashi Ishwar Hosmani. The campaign generated community engagement, spreading awareness about blood donation's significance and inspiring individuals to become regular donors, saving countless lives.
The camp gathered 200 units of blood, with over 250 student volunteers.
Coordinated by Dr Sanjay Kotabagi, Dr Sujata Kotabagi, Prof. Veeresh Angadi, and Pro. Minal Salune, the event was a resounding success.
