Duration: 5 years (10 semesters) inclusive of 1 semester of internship in the 9th semester of the course.
Citizenship: Indian nationals.
Qualification: Candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks in the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) and must have passed any one of the following courses with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate:
10+2 with Mathematics and English as compulsory subject
3 years Diploma (any stream) after 10 years of schooling recognized by Central/State Government with mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
General Admissions: Admissions are done on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) / JEE part 2 Architecture or any other equivalent qualifying exam conducted by central or state government.

All students seeking admissions to the B. Arch.(Bachelor of Architecture) Program will have to compulsorily appear for the National entrance test NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture), similar to the JEE part 2 examination for Architecture Programs of the IITs. The NATA Exam is administered by the Council of Architecture, India. The old system of Online test of NATA Exam has been canceled. From now onwards, ie for admissions to the batch starting from the academic year 2017-18, the NATA test will be a paper based test. The test date as fixed by NATA.
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and Common Entrance test (CET) cell of various State Governments require NATA score card for allotting rankings for Architecture Admission under the KEA/CET Quota. The same NATA score card can be used for admission through COMED – K
The candidates can fill in the Application form through the NATA website and remit NATA Exam fee of Rs.1250/- online.
